For the past two decades, I’ve supported people in coming into deeper relationship with themselves—and creating lives that feel more aligned, meaningful, and alive.
This work often begins at a point where something no longer fits—when familiar ways of coping or relating start to feel limiting, or no longer true. When there’s a pull toward something more.
I work primarily with adults and families, integrating a range of clinical approaches based on each person’s needs. My primary orientation is Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful form of therapy which compassionately helps people heal and live a more authentic life. I also incorporate somatic approaches, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral practices to support real, lasting change.
I offer a brief complimentary phone consultation to explore whether we’re a good fit.
I am passionate about providing a high level of care to my clients and regularly attend professional trainings and workshops to advance my skills and stay abreast of research developments within the field.
